Before you order: importing into Japan
As we understand it, Japan allows individuals to import medicines for personal use, generally up to about two months' supply by dose (about one month for prescription-type products such as ampoules), addressed to an individual. Products containing pig-derived ingredients can be restricted by Japan's animal quarantine rules even for personal use. Any duties or fees are set by Japanese customs and are the recipient's responsibility. Rules change, so please check the current requirements before ordering, and contact us first if you are unsure whether a particular product is suitable.
