Educational information on traditional homeopathic use only. Not medical advice.
If you have been searching for a "Dr Reckeweg R1 to R89 list", you have probably met the problem we hear about most: the old PDF lists floating around the internet are out of date, often incomplete, and rarely tell you whether a product is still made. This page is our answer. It is a working list of the Dr Reckeweg R numbers we actually stock, each linked to its own product page so you can read the label directions, ingredients and pack size before you decide anything.

Most-ordered Reckeweg drops
A quick way in: our most-ordered R numbers, each linked to its product page with label directions and ingredients.
What the R numbers are
Dr Reckeweg & Co. is a German homeopathic manufacturer whose name is also linked to the wider story of modern combination homeopathy (see our background piece on Heel and Dr Hans-Heinrich Reckeweg). The "R" series is a numbered range of liquid combination remedies, usually sold as drops. Each number is a fixed formula of several traditional homeopathic ingredients in low to medium potencies, listed on the label and on our product pages. The numbers are simply catalogue references: R14 is always R14, whichever pharmacy or website sells it.
Most R-number products are sold in 50 ml bottles of drops. Some of the later numbers (the R80s and R90s) come in 30 ml bottles, and a handful of the series are syrups, oils, ointments, capsules or sprays. Always check the pack size on the individual product page.
How to read this list
- R number and name: the number is the catalogue reference; the short name is how the product is described on its page.
- Pack: the form and size we list.
- Link: each row opens the real product page, where you will find the manufacturer's stated indications, directions and ingredients.
The descriptions below follow the traditional labelling used by the manufacturer. They describe what a product is traditionally used for in homeopathy, not a promise of any result. Where a label wording is medical in tone, we have kept it short and pointed you to the product page.

The newer numbers: R182 to R193
Beyond R96 the manufacturer added a newer block of numbers. We stock these 50 ml drops too:
- R182 (affections of the mouth)
- R183 (allergic mucosal inflammation; see our R183 guide)
- R184 (exhaustion and stress)
- R185 (blood pressure regulator)
- R186, R187, R188, R189, R190, R191, R192 and R193
Numbers you may not find
You will notice gaps: there is no R18, R61, R66, R83 or R90 on this list. Some numbers were retired by the manufacturer over the years and others are not currently available to us. Where an original number has been discontinued, we sometimes list a "replacement" or "Combi" version (the R7, R62, R84, R85 and R87 entries above) formulated to cover the same traditional indications. The product page tells you which it is. If you cannot see the number you want, send us a message and we will tell you whether it can be sourced.
Using Reckeweg drops: the general picture
Directions differ between numbers, so always follow the dosage printed on the individual product page or label. As a general pattern, the R-series drops are taken by mouth in a little water, in small numbers of drops (often 5 to 15) a few times a day, with some pages describing a different pattern for acute and for long-standing situations. Because they are alcohol-based liquids, they are not always suitable for everyone, so ask your practitioner if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, giving drops to a child, or avoiding alcohol.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an official Dr Reckeweg R1 to R89 PDF?
The manufacturer has published printed catalogues over the years, but we cannot vouch for any particular PDF being current. Use the individual product page to check the ingredients and directions on the label we supply.
Do I need a practitioner to choose an R number?
Reckeweg products are widely bought by people for home use, but the traditional wording on the labels is clinical in tone. If your symptoms are serious, recurring or unexplained, see a doctor before trying any remedy. A homeopath or other qualified practitioner can help you choose a number.
Can I take more than one R number at a time?
Practitioners sometimes combine different numbers, but the combination and timing are best agreed with someone who knows your situation. Do not assume that taking more means more benefit.
What does "replacement" mean in a product name?
It means the original formula is no longer made and the product on the page is a recreated version with the same traditional indications. Compare the ingredient list on the page with any older reference you have.
Are these products suitable for children?
Some pages give child directions, others do not. Ask your practitioner before giving any alcohol-based drops to a child.
