Description
Indications
Pulmo suis is traditionally associated with chronic disorders of the lungs and bronchi, in particular bronchial asthma, smoker’s bronchitis, pulmonary emphysema and bronchiectasis (widening of the bronchi). It is used to support the body’s own respiratory and pulmonary tissue function in these long-standing conditions.
About the remedy
Pulmo suis-Injeel is a single-remedy preparation from Heel’s antihomotoxic Injeel range, prepared from potentised porcine lung tissue (Pulmo suis). As a suis-organ preparation it is used according to homeopathic principles to support the corresponding human organ — the lung — and its function in chronic respiratory complaints.
Composition
Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Pulmo suis D10, D30, D200 — 0.367 ml each.
Contraindications
Caution in tuberculosis: do not inject during feverish stages, and allow the remedy to take effect by injecting only at long intervals.
Part of the Heel range — what to use it with
In injection therapy Pulmo suis-Injeel is often combined with other preparations stocked here, including Tonsilla Compositum, Funiculus Umbilicalis Suis-Injeel and Solidago Compositum.
Suggested use
Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
