Description

Indications

Gingiva suis is traditionally associated with disorders of the gums and the tooth-supporting tissues. It is linked with parodontosis (periodontal degeneration) and periodontitis, with apical foci (chronic inflammation at the root tips of the teeth), with gingivitis and with chronic aphthous stomatitis (recurrent mouth ulcers). In injection therapy it is used chiefly in the chronic phase and as an after-treatment following the resolution of dental and periodontal inflammation.

About the remedy

Gingiva suis-Injeel is a single-remedy homeopathic preparation from Heel’s antihomotoxic Injeel range, prepared from potentised porcine (suis) gingival (gum) tissue. On the suis-organ principle, a potentised tissue is used to support the corresponding tissue in the human body; here the preparation is directed at the gums and periodontium.

Composition

Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Gingiva suis D10, D30, D200 — 0.367 ml each.

Part of the Heel range — what to use it with

In periodontal and gum conditions the compendium combines Gingiva suis-Injeel with other products stocked here, including Traumeel S, Mercurius-Heel S (the main remedy for gingivitis), Pulpa dentis suis-Injeel, Tonsilla compositum and Echinacea compositum for more marked inflammatory symptoms.

Suggested use

Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
