Indications

Aurum is traditionally associated with high blood pressure — with or without plethora (a full-blooded, congested state) — and with arteriosclerosis, including its effects on the ageing tissues generally. It is linked with tinnitus (ringing in the ears), with diplopia (double vision) and hemianopsia (loss of the upper field of vision), and, most characteristically, with a profound depression carrying a tendency to suicide, together with paroxysms of rage when contradicted. It is further connected with articular rheumatism and with periostitis whose pain is worst in the morning after the night's rest, with nausea and vomiting, with foetor ex ore (offensive breath) and with cirrhosis of the liver. It is regarded as a far-reaching remedy for affections of the tissues.

About the remedy

Aurum-Injeel is a single-remedy homeopathic preparation from Heel's antihomotoxic Injeel range, containing potentised Aurum (metallic gold). In homeopathy gold has a long-established sphere in the cardiovascular system and in the mind, being one of the principal remedies for arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure and deep depression. Potentisation makes the metal available for gentle antihomotoxic use.

Composition

Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Aurum D12, D30, D200 — 0.367 ml each.

Suggested use

Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
