Delivery times

Please allow 7-12 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Dispatch is usually between the same day and 5 days after your order, on working days (Monday to Friday).

Before you order: importing into New Zealand

As we understand it, New Zealand's Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) allows commercially made homeopathic remedies for human use to be imported from any country for personal use, without a permit. Products containing bee-derived ingredients (such as Apis or propolis) are limited to about 12 packets per parcel, and ampoules may be treated more like prescription-type products by customs. Any duties or fees are set by New Zealand customs and are the recipient's responsibility. Rules change, so please check the current requirements before ordering. If you are unsure whether a particular product is suitable, contact us first.
