Indications

Os suis is traditionally associated with disorders of bone. It is linked with osteomalacia (softening of the bones) and rickets, with osteoporosis, and with Sudeck's disease (the painful regional bone atrophy that can follow injury). It is further connected with exostosis (bony outgrowths) and with periostitis, inflammation of the outer membrane of the bone. As a bone suis-organ preparation it is drawn upon in impregnation and degeneration phases affecting the skeletal tissues, to support the structure and regeneration of bone.

About the remedy

Os suis Injeel is a single-remedy homeopathic preparation from Heel's antihomotoxic Injeel range, prepared from potentised porcine bone tissue (os, bone). Following the suis-organ principle, a potentised healthy animal organ is used to support the corresponding human tissue; here the preparation is directed at the bone and its regeneration.

Composition

Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Os suis D10, D30, D200 — 0.367 ml each.

For the bone conditions with which it is associated, the compendium's osteoporosis protocol draws on preparations stocked here including Osteoheel, Calcoheel and Galium-Heel, with Traumeel S for tissue and enzyme regeneration and, to regulate the hormonal background, Ovarium compositum (for women) or Testis compositum (for men) — remedies with which Os suis may be combined in injection therapy.

Suggested use

Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
