Injeel Chol Ampoules
Description
Indications
Injeel-Chol is traditionally associated with the liver and the biliary system. It is used for cholangitis, cholecystitis and cholelithiasis (gallstones) with and without colic, and for dysfunction of the liver and chronic hepatitis. Drawing on its constituents, it is further linked with functional disorders of the liver, damage to the liver parenchyma, icterus catarrhalis (catarrhal jaundice), hepatitis epidemica and viral hepatitis, and acute parenchymatous hepatitis — mainly of toxic or retoxic origin. Reflecting Chelidonium and Carduus marianus, it is connected with biliary colic, pain under the right shoulder blade and congestion of the portal vein; and, through Lycopodium and Taraxacum, with meteorism, flatulence, loss of appetite and a sallow complexion. It is a preparation frequently interposed where the liver shows damage.
About the remedy
Injeel-Chol is a combination antihomotoxic preparation from Heel, supplied as an injection solution in the Injeel tradition. It brings together several potentised liver- and bile-directed remedies — chiefly Chelidonium majus (celandine), Carduus marianus (milk thistle) and Taraxacum officinale (dandelion) — with Lycopodium clavatum, China, Calcium carbonicum, Atropa belladonna and Veratrum album, to support hepatic and biliary function.
Composition
Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Chelidonium majus D10, D30, D200 and Atropa belladonna D10, D30, D200, D1000 — 2.2 µl each; Carduus marianus D10, D30, D200, China D10, D30, D200, Calcium carbonicum Hahnemanni D10, D30, D200, Lycopodium clavatum D10, D30, D200, D1000, Taraxacum officinale D10, D30, D200 and Veratrum album D10, D30, D200 — 1.1 µl each.

Injeel-Chol is often used in alternation with, or alongside, other stocked liver preparations — chiefly Hepeel, Chelidonium-Homaccord and Galium-Heel, and, for viral hepatitis, Engystol N. For suppurations it may be combined with Traumeel S; it also complements Hepar compositum in hepatic therapy.
Suggested use
Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
