Indications

Coxsackie-Virus A9 nosode has proved especially valuable in enteric (intestinal) diseases and is traditionally associated with gastro-intestinal affections such as gastritis, duodenitis and, particularly, colitis mucosa et ulcerosa (mucous and ulcerative colitis), as well as with colon irritabile (irritable colon) and chronically recurrent intestinal infections. It is further linked with affections of the urinary passages — cystopyelitis, urethritis, cystalgia, prostatitis and epididymitis — and connected with sinusitis, conjunctivitis, laryngitis, sinobronchial syndrome and bronchial asthma. The Coxsackie virus is noted for occurring both as a precursor and as a substitute for the influenza and poliomyelitis viruses, so that in obscure and therapy-resistant infections it is traditionally borne in mind.

About the remedy

Coxsackie Virus A9 Injeel is a single-remedy homeopathic preparation from Heel's antihomotoxic Injeel range. It is a nosode — prepared from a potentised, disease-related source, here the immunologically classified Coxsackie A9 virus — and is used according to the isopathic principle, in high homeopathic dilution, to address conditions connected with this viral agent.

Composition

Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Coxsackie-Virus A9-Nosode D15, D30, D200 — 0.367 ml each.

Among the preparations stocked here, Coxsackie-Virus A9 features in Solidago Compositum. In injection therapy it is often used in alternation with Coenzyme Compositum.

Suggested use

Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
