Description

Indications

Pankreas suis is traditionally associated with disorders of the pancreas and of digestion. It is linked with diabetes mellitus of pancreatic origin and with the intestinal dysbacteria and disturbances of intestinal fermentation that reflect impaired pancreatic function. It is connected with chronic enteritis and duodenitis, and with the wasting states of marasmus and cachexia. It is further associated with general adynamia (loss of vital strength) and with the gastrocardiac syndrome, in which digestive disturbance provokes cardiac symptoms. As a pancreatic suis-organ preparation it is drawn upon to support the exocrine and endocrine functions of the pancreas.

About the remedy

Pankreas suis-Injeel forte is a single-remedy homeopathic preparation from Heel's antihomotoxic Injeel range, prepared from potentised porcine pancreatic tissue (pankreas, the pancreas). Following the suis-organ principle, a potentised healthy animal organ is used to support the corresponding human organ; here the preparation is directed at the pancreas and its digestive and metabolic functions. This is the stronger (forte) potency combination.

Composition

Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Pankreas suis D8, D12, D30, D200 — 0.275 ml each.

Part of the Heel range — what to use it with

Among the preparations stocked here Pankreas suis is a constituent of Hepar compositum and Mucosa compositum, with which it shares its field of use in digestive and metabolic disorders.

Suggested use

Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
