Delivery times

Please allow 3-5 working days after dispatch for Western Europe and 4-6 working days for Eastern Europe. These are estimates, not guarantees. Dispatch is usually between the same day and 5 days after your order, on working days (Monday to Friday).

Before you order: importing into the EU

As we understand it, personal-use quantities of homeopathic remedies generally clear EU customs without problems. Our parcels are sent from outside the EU, so depending on your country you may be asked to pay on arrival:

• import VAT;
• a small customs duty (currently about €3 per customs tariff code on low-value parcels); and
• a handling fee charged by your postal operator.

Parcels to Germany are sent delivered duty paid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. In Portugal, customers are generally asked to clear the parcel online with their tax number (NIF). Each country has its own medicines rules, so if you are unsure whether a particular product is suitable, contact us first and we will tell you what we know. Rules change, so please check the current requirements before ordering.

European countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland and Norway, have their own rules. Please contact us before ordering to those countries.
