Mulimen by Heel is a multi-ingredient homeopathic formulation traditionally used to support women through menstrual, premenstrual and hormonally associated complaints. Dosage:

50ml Drops (Mulimen S): A commonly published Heel dosage is 10 drops 3 times daily. In acute situations, 10 drops may be taken every 15 minutes for up to 2 hours (maximum 12 doses daily in that product market). The drops may be taken undiluted or with a little water, held briefly in the mouth before swallowing.

100 Tablets: Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over — for chronic complaints, take 1 tablet 1–3 times daily; for acute complaints, Heel states 1 tablet every 30 minutes for up to 2 hours.

Tablets — each tablet contains: Ambra grisea D4 33.33 mg; Calcium carbonicum Hahnemanni D8 33.33 mg; Cimicifuga racemosa D4 33.33 mg; Gelsemium sempervirens D4 33.33 mg; Hypericum perforatum D3 33.33 mg; Sepia officinalis D8 33.33 mg; Urtica urens D3 33.33 mg; Vitex agnus-castus D3 33.33 mg; Kalium carbonicum D4 33.33 mg. The tablets contain lactose.
