The birthing process has most women feeling at least some small amount of dread in anticipation of the inevitable ordeal of labour. The biochemic combination of these four tissue salts helps to relieve the pain of labour, and encourage an easier delivery. It encompasses non-specific lower abdomen pain during pregnancy and anxiety states.
Dosage of Combination Salts:
Suggested dosage for Children and Adolescents:
- 0 to 1 year: 1 tablet
- 1 to 6 years: 2 tablets
- 6 to 10 years: 3 tablets
- 10 years and older: 4 tablets
Acute cases: In general, administered every 15 minutes, half-hour, hourly or in 2-hour intervals, as required, depending on the intensity of the symptoms.
Subacute cases: 3-4 times a day for a relatively extended period of time.
Chronic cases: 2-3 times a day for a relatively extended period of time.
Infants: 1 tablet at a time, dissolved in some warm water.
More than one salt can be taken concurrently; use in alteration.
Combination salt tablets should be allowed to dissolve under the tongue. Note: The salts are lactose based (milk and sugar)

Calcarea Fluorica 3X This biochemic salt strengthens elastic tissue of the uterus making parturition easy. Useful for after-pains due to weak, feeble contractions, hard knots in the breast, haemorrhages.
Calcarea Phosphorica 3X: Decline after puerpera or during pregnancy, pains, burning and soreness in the breasts, they feel enlarged, weariness in the limbs during pregnancy, soreness in the sacroiliac synchondroses, prolapsus in debilitated patients.
Kali Phosphoricum 3X: An invaluable remedy for a woman during this crucial time, having a pregnant woman take this tissue salt before parturition will allow her to build and strengthen the nervous and muscular system to such an extent that delivery will be accomplished with comparative easy and comfort. This remedy will also help to bring on labour pains. Weak, irregular, and ineffectual labour pains; false labour pains. Magnesia Phosphorica 3X: This remedy is used to relax a contracted uterus. For spasmodic labour pains with cramps in the legs, excessive expulsive efforts, puerperal convulsions, pains are weak and short.
