Returns Policy

At United Remedies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please read our policy below.

30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

• Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
• Include all original components supplied with the order.
• A return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging, unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Return Shipping

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service (eg airmail/domestic post), as United Remedies cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fee

In most circumstances, United Remedies does not charge a restocking fee.

However, United Remedies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to apply a reasonable restocking fee where appropriate. This may apply in exceptional circumstances, such as returns that require additional handling, inspection, or repackaging. Where a restocking fee is applicable, it will be communicated to you before your refund is processed.

How to Arrange a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Services team with your:

• Order number
• Name
• Reason for the return

Once your return has been authorised, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee where advised. Please allow several working days for your payment provider to process the refund.
