K2F and K2M: Restarting the Neuroendocrine Axis

Every INET compound is built the same way: a Suis organotherapy paired with the hormone that organ actually produces, so the body receives both the modulating signal and the physiological substance side by side. Nowhere is that logic clearer than in the two products that anchor the entire INET range — K2F for female patients and K2M for male patients, distinguished by that single letter next to the brand name throughout GUNA's INET literature.

What They Contain

K2F and K2M are basic medicines built from Suis organotherapies of the neuroendocrine axis, supplied across four decimal dilutions — D6, D12, D30 and D200 — so that a single bottle carries the full spread of low, medium and high potencies together. Their composition follows the neuroendocrine axis down through the body: Glandula pinealis suis, Hypophysis suis, Hypothalamus suis, Glandula thyreoidea suis and Glandula thymus suis run through both formulas, followed by Pancreas suis, and finally the sex-specific glands and the adrenal glands — Ovarium suis and Corpus luteum suis in K2F, Testis suis in K2M, with Glandula suprarenalis suis common to both.

The one deliberate addition to this glandular sequence is Melatonin, combined with Glandula pinealis suis specifically. GUNA chose this pairing to strengthen neuroendocrine activity and obtain what they describe as the optimum therapeutic effect — pairing the pineal gland's own tissue with the hormone it is best known for producing.

Why the Composition Follows the Axis So Closely

This structure is not incidental — it mirrors the neuroendocrine axis described across this series' first article almost gland for gland: cerebrum, pineal gland, hypophysis, thyroid, thymus, pancreas, the gonads, and the adrenal glands, each one a checkpoint in the same interconnected chain that links the central nervous system to the endocrine and immune networks. Where a chronic pathology has caused deregulation of neuroendocrine homeostasis at the receptor level, K2F and K2M are designed to work through that entire chain at once, rather than targeting a single gland in isolation.

This is also why K2F and K2M are described as the primary group of INET medicines — the foundational layer that the secondary and tertiary product groups, which we cover in the next two articles, are built on top of. Where those later groups add single homeopathic remedies, vitamins or diabetes-specific adjuncts for more particular presentations, K2F and K2M represent the basic, broad-spectrum starting point: restoring the functional integrity of the axis itself.

Dosage

The standard posology for both K2F and K2M is 10 drops, two to three times a day, with a maximum daily dose of 30 drops. As with any INET compound, dosing should always be guided by a practitioner familiar with the individual's presentation and overall treatment plan.

Where K2F and K2M Sit in the Wider INET Family

Because K2F and K2M work across the whole neuroendocrine axis rather than a single organ, GUNA's clinical experience with the two products spans an unusually wide range of chronic, degenerative presentations — from functional disorders of the menstrual cycle and climacteric syndrome, to degenerative arthropathy and osteoporosis, to andropause and anxious-depressive syndrome in the elderly.
