possibly the above preparations taken together 2-4-6 times daily.

• Euphorbium compositum S drops or Eurhorbium Compositum Ampoules or Nasal spray possibly as single remedy to be taken or injected 6 times daily - ie high dose of either the drops or ampoules and also use the Nasal Spray

• Hormeel S or Hormeel Ampoules (remedy for affections of the mucosa).
