Indications
Circulo-Injeel is traditionally associated with peripheral circulatory disorders and acroparaesthesia (tingling, burning or numbness of the extremities). Drawing on its individual homeopathic constituents, it is further linked with angiospasms and cold feet, with acute polyneuritis (including of the optic nerve, chiefly after toxic damage), with gangrene (especially in diabetes), with neuralgia of the arm accompanied by paraesthesia, with crural (leg) ulcers where circulation needs improving, with sciatic neuralgia and with intermittent claudication. It is also connected with amenorrhoea and, in chronic and idiopathic cases, with the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). The formula combines remedies known for their action on the vessels and peripheral nerves — among them Secale cornutum, Tabacum, Curare and Argentum metallicum.
About the remedy
Circulo-Injeel is a combination homeopathic preparation from Heel's antihomotoxic Injeel range. Rather than a single remedy, it brings together several potentised constituents — Argentum metallicum, Arsenicum album, Barium iodatum, Calcium carbonicum Hahnemanni, Curare, Solanum nigrum, Tabacum and Secale cornutum — whose individual drug pictures converge on the peripheral circulation and the peripheral nerves.
Composition
Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Argentum metallicum D10, D30, D200; Arsenicum album D10, D30, D200; Barium iodatum D10, D30, D200; Calcium carbonicum Hahnemanni D10, D30, D200; Curare D10, D30, D200; Solanum nigrum D10, D30, D200; Tabacum D10, D30, D200 — 1.1 µl each; Secale cornutum D6, D10, D30, D200 — 3.3 µl each.
Contraindications
The preparation contains an iodine-containing constituent (Barium iodatum). In cases of thyroid disorder with reduced iodine tolerance, use only on the advice of a physician.

Circulo-Injeel is characteristically supported by a heart/circulatory preparation taken orally as a parallel remedy — among those stocked here Cralonin, Aurumheel N, Cactus Compositum, Glonoin-Homaccord or Melilotus Homaccord — together with Aesculus Compositum. In neuralgic conditions it is combined with Neuralgo-Rheum-Injeel, Colocynthis Homaccord and Spascupreel.
Suggested use
Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
