Description
Indications
Discus intervertebralis suis is traditionally associated with disorders of the intervertebral discs and the spine. It is linked with osteochondrosis of the vertebral column, with the cervical syndrome and with prolapsus nucleus pulposus (herniation of the disc's nucleus), and connected with rheumatic diseases and with neuralgia of intervertebral origin. As a disc-tissue preparation it is used to support the intervertebral discs and the spinal column.
About the remedy
Discus intervertebralis suis Injeel is a single-remedy homeopathic preparation from Heel's antihomotoxic Injeel range, prepared from potentised porcine (suis) intervertebral disc tissue. Following the principle of suis-organ preparations, a potentised animal tissue is used to support the corresponding human structure — here the intervertebral discs and the spinal column.
Composition
Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Discus intervertebralis suis D10, D30, D200 — 0.367 ml each.
(Heel also produces a stronger version, Discus intervertebralis suis-Injeel forte: D8, D12, D30, D200.)
Part of the Heel range — what to use it with
Among the preparations stocked here, Discus intervertebralis suis features in Discus Compositum. In injection therapy it is frequently combined with Cartilago suis Injeel and Medulla ossis suis-Injeel, and used alongside Neuralgo-Rheum-Injeel for disorders of the spine.
Suggested use
Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
