Indications
Metro-Adnex-Injeel is traditionally associated with inflammatory and functional disorders of the female reproductive organs. Drawing on its constituents, it is linked with adnexitis, ovaritis and salpingitis, with parametritis, endometritis and metritis, and with vaginitis and colpitis. It is connected with dysmenorrhoea, delayed or absent menses, intermenstrual and premenstrual pain, and with climacteric neurosis and other menopausal disturbances. Individual constituents lend their own emphases — Apis mellifica and Crabro vespa for ovarian inflammation and abdominal hypersensitivity, Lachesis mutus and Pulsatilla pratensis for menstrual and climacteric complaints in depressed, anxious patients, Lilium tigrinum and Cimicifuga racemosa for uterine descent, cramping and premenstrual pain, and Lycopodium clavatum and Mercurius sublimatus corrosivus for fluor albus, suppuration and associated liver-related disorders — so that the whole is used to stimulate the non-specific defences in inflammatory processes of the genital tract.

Metro-Adnex-Injeel is a combination homeopathic preparation from Heel’s antihomotoxic Injeel range, formulated for the female reproductive system. It brings together potentised Apis mellifica (honey bee), Lachesis mutus (bushmaster), Lilium tigrinum (tiger lily), Lycopodium clavatum (club-moss), Mercurius sublimatus corrosivus (mercury(II) chloride), Pulsatilla pratensis (wind flower), Crabro vespa (hornet) and Cimicifuga racemosa (black cohosh), each traditionally directed at the gynaecological sphere.
Composition
Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Apis mellifica D10, D30, D200; Lachesis mutus D10, D30, D200, D1000; Lilium tigrinum D10, D30, D200; Lycopodium clavatum D10, D30, D200, D1000; Mercurius sublimatus corrosivus D10, D30, D200 — 1.1 µl each; Pulsatilla pratensis D10, D30, D200, D1000; Crabro vespa D10, D30, D200 — 1.65 µl each; Cimicifuga racemosa D10, D30, D200 — 2.2 µl each.
Contraindications
None known. In rare cases an increased flow of saliva may occur after taking this medication; if this happens, the therapist should be consulted.

Suggested use
Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
