Description
Indications
Neuralgo-Rheum-Injeel is traditionally associated with neuralgia and with rheumatism of the soft tissues, together with arthritic complaints and intervertebral-disc disorders. Drawing on its individual homeopathic constituents, it is linked with rheumatism and neuralgia of varied location and cause — lumbago, sciatica, osteochondrosis, disorders of the intervertebral discs, neuralgia of the arm, intercostal and occipital neuralgia, polyarthritis, coxitis, periarthritis of the shoulder (periarthritis humeroscapularis), rheumatism of the soft tissues and periostitis. It is further connected with rheumatic complaints that worsen in cold, wet weather and improve with movement and warmth, with stabbing and tearing pains, and with influenza accompanied by severe joint pains. With companion remedies it has also been used in herpes zoster.
About the remedy
Neuralgo-Rheum-Injeel is a combination homeopathic preparation from Heel's antihomotoxic Injeel range, bringing together several potentised remedies long used for rheumatic and neuralgic complaints — Causticum Hahnemanni, Colchicum autumnale, Citrullus colocynthis, Ferrum metallicum, Lithium benzoicum, Rhus toxicodendron, Spiraea ulmaria and Gnaphalium polycephalum. Each contributes a facet of the picture, from muscular and articular rheumatism to sciatic and intercostal neuralgia.

Part of the Heel range — what to use it with
Among the preparations stocked here it is commonly combined with Traumeel S and Zeel for rheumatic and articular complaints, with Discus compositum for disorders arising from the vertebral column and discs, and with Spascupreel for accompanying spasm; for herpes zoster it is paired with Mezereum-Homaccord.

Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
