Description
Indications
Ovarium suis is traditionally associated with disturbances of ovarian function and with the disorders of the female cycle that arise from them. It is linked with painful, absent or excessive menstruation (dysmenorrhoea, amenorrhoea, hypermenorrhoea) and with metrorrhagia (irregular uterine bleeding), and with female sterility. It is closely connected with the climacteric where there are manifestations of ovarian endocrine deficiency, including climacteric neurosis with depression. It is further associated with nymphomania and delusional ideas of jealousy, with kraurosis vulvae, with mastodynia (breast pain) and with osteomalacia.
About the remedy
Ovarium suis Injeel is a single-remedy homeopathic preparation from Heel's antihomotoxic Injeel range, prepared from potentised porcine ovarian tissue (ovarium, the ovary). Following the suis-organ principle, a potentised healthy animal organ is used to support the corresponding human organ; here the preparation is directed at the ovary and the regulation of its endocrine function.
Composition
Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Ovarium suis D10, D30, D200 — 0.367 ml each.
Part of the Heel range — what to use it with
Among the preparations stocked here Ovarium suis is the organ component of Ovarium compositum, with which it shares its field of use in ovarian and climacteric complaints. In injection therapy it is also combined with Neuro-Injeel for climacteric neurosis.
Suggested use
Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
