Indications

Staphylococcus-Injeel is traditionally associated with chronic and chronically recurrent conditions in which staphylococci play a causative part, whether alone or as a mixed or secondary infection. It is linked with furuncles, carbuncles, whitlows, impetigo, blepharitis, hordeola (styes), acne vulgaris and acne conglobata, varicose ulcers, chronic ulcerating pyoderma, osteomyelitis, phlegmonous (spreading) inflammation, otitis media, cystopyelitis, pneumonia, enterocolitis and myelitis. It is also connected with so-called retoxic phases arising from damage by staphylococcal toxins, including auto-aggressive (autoimmune) conditions and cases where such infections appear in the patient's history. It is further associated with impairment of the myocardium, liver, kidney and connective tissue, and with thyropathy (thyroid disturbance).

About the remedy

Staphylococcus-Injeel is a single-remedy homeopathic preparation from Heel's antihomotoxic Injeel range. It is a nosode — prepared from a potentised, disease-related bacterial source — and is used according to the isopathic principle in chronic and recurrent conditions linked with staphylococcal infection and its after-effects.

Composition

Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Staphylococcus D12, D30, D200 — 0.367 ml each.

Part of the Heel range — what to use it with

Staphylococcus-Nosode is a constituent of Echinacea compositum, stocked here. In nosode therapy it is classically paired with the single remedy Streptococcus haemolyticus-Injeel, also available here.

Suggested use

Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
