Indications

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine, as pyridoxine hydrochloride) is one of Heel’s homeopathically prepared vitamin catalysts. It is traditionally associated with its role as a co-factor in enzyme function — in particular the transaminases, dehydratases, desulphhydrases and decarboxylases, enzymes central to the metabolism of proteins and amino acids. In the Injeel form it acts as a coenzyme factor in metabolism and is used on Veith’s “enhancing effect” principle, to resensitise and support the body’s own metabolic reactions.

About the remedy

Vitamin B6-Injeel is a single-remedy homeopathic preparation from Heel’s antihomotoxic Injeel range, containing potentised vitamin B6 (pyridoxine, in the form of pyridoxine hydrochloride). Pyridoxine is a B-group vitamin that serves as the coenzyme for a wide range of amino-acid and protein-metabolising enzymes; in the Injeel catalyst range it is used as a co-factor to stimulate and re-regulate metabolism.

Composition

Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Pyridoxinum hydrochloricum D10, D30, D200 — 0.367 ml each.

Suggested use

Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed. As with all catalyst preparations, it is helpful to drink plenty of fluids during the first three days, to rest from strenuous activity, and to follow a light, low-toxin diet; correct timing is important.
