A certified organic fruit drink made from sun-ripened sea buckthorn berries, gently sweetened with organic honey and sugar. Sea buckthorn is naturally rich in vitamin C - this elixir provides around 120mg per 100ml - along with vitamin E and provitamin A, and vitamin C contributes to normal immune function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Diluted in water, milk or yoghurt it makes a tangy, warming daily tonic, traditionally enjoyed through the colder months to support vitality.

Directions: 2-3 times a day, mix a tablespoonful with cold or warm water, milk or yoghurt.
