A traditional herbal medicinal product for the relief of muscle pain, rheumatic pain, backache and minor sports injuries. It pairs extracts of Arnica montana flower and birch leaf in a base of sunflower oil, enlivened with aromatic essential oils including rosemary and lavender, to create a warming balm ideal for a pre- or post-exercise rub-down. Massaged into the skin - particularly after a warm bath or shower - it makes a soothing ritual for tired, overworked muscles and stiff, aching backs, suiting athletes, gardeners and anyone whose day leaves them sore.

Directions: Shake before use. Massage a small amount into the affected area 3-4 times daily, ideally on damp skin after a warm bath or shower. Wash hands before and after use. For external use only; avoid broken or irritated skin.

Ingredients: Oil-based massage balm. Arnica montana flower extract (approx. 24mg/g) and birch leaf extract (approx. 24mg/g), in sunflower oil with essential oils (including rosemary and lavender).
