Arsenicum album is the homeopathic preparation of arsenic trioxide, a mineral compound prepared to strict pharmaceutical standards. The source material is taken through successive homeopathic dilution and succussion so that, at the 30c potency, it has been diluted 1:100 and shaken thirty times over, at which no material trace of the starting substance remains. Weleda supplies the remedy as soft, readily dissolved tablets in a glass bottle of 125 on a lactose and sucrose base.
