Presented as small chewable tablets in a light-protective, recyclable glass bottle, it is prepared from a blend of 18 pollens grown in Weleda's organic herb gardens in Derbyshire, potentised to a 30c homeopathic strength. Within the homeopathic tradition it is used as a seasonal remedy, and Weleda suggests beginning several weeks before symptoms usually start - typically 4-6 weeks ahead of your personal hay fever season.

Directions: Adults and children over 6: chew one tablet - initially one dose every 2 hours for the first six doses, then one dose as needed; stop once improvement occurs. For best results, begin 4-6 weeks before symptoms typically appear.
