Information regarding deliveries of orders prior to Christmas, during the Christmas & New Year Holiday and into 2017 below. 

Christmas & New Year Orders

Orders placed between December 22nd, 1pm GMT and January 3rd, 9:00am GMT will be despatched on January 3rd, 4th, and5th.

Orders are processed and despatched in the order they are received, in a first-come, first-serve basis, as usual.

Any order placed over the holiday period, will despatch on the first working day; Tuesday 3rd January 2017. 

* If you need your order to ship out as soon as possible, we strongly recommend ordering over the Christmas/New Year period, to get in the queue, as early as possible. 

Christmas / New Year orders may take 1-3 days for us to fulfil. So if your order was/is placed over this time, please allow this time frame. We will be working special overtime to ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible, to get them delivered to you.

Black Friday / Run up to Christmas

Orders placed during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday time, were all despatched as usual - within 24hrs.

However some parcels may be delayed in your country, e.g. United States, due to the volume of parcels being sent during this time of year. e.g. the postal system is heavily back-logged, but everything is on track - if only a few days delayed.
