A traditional herbal medicinal product for the relief of minor sports injuries, bruises, muscular pain, stiffness and sprains, made with a tincture of Arnica montana - biodynamically grown, hand-harvested and prepared to pharmaceutical standards - arnica being one of the best-known botanicals for knocks and bumps. The fine, quick-drying mist lets you treat a tender area without rubbing, which is especially welcome straight after a knock, and the pocket-sized bottle is easy to keep in a kit bag or first-aid box. It suits active adults, families and children (with adult supervision).

Directions: Spray 1-2 metered doses onto the affected area up to 4 times daily and allow to dry; may also be applied to a damp cloth as a compress. Best applied soon after injury; supervise children. For external use only.

Ingredients: Cutaneous spray. Active: Arnica tincture (1g of spray contains 0.1g tincture; equivalent to 0.05g Arnica montana fresh whole plant). Also contains ethanol and purified water.
