Description
Indications
Hypothalamus suis is traditionally associated with the diencephalic control of sleep, mood and metabolic processes. It is linked with disturbed sleep, with Parkinson's disease and epileptiform conditions, and with chorea minor. It is connected with disturbances of growth and maturation, including those of a mental type in children, and with Simmonds' disease. In the sphere of behaviour and the emotions it is associated with nymphomania and with conditions of excitement, reflecting the hypothalamus's role as a stimulating factor for the control of metabolic processes.
About the remedy
Hypothalamus Suis-Injeel is a single-remedy homeopathic preparation from Heel's antihomotoxic Injeel range, prepared from potentised porcine hypothalamic tissue (Hypothalamus suis, part of the diencephalon). As a suis-organ preparation it is used according to the organ-therapy principle to support the corresponding human structure — the hypothalamus, a key regulator of sleep, hormonal balance and metabolism.
Composition
Each 1.1 ml ampoule contains: Hypothalamus suis D10, D30, D200 — 0.367 ml each.
Part of the Heel range — what to use it with
Among the preparations stocked here, Hypothalamus suis features in Tonsilla compositum. In injection therapy it is often combined with Cerebrum suis-Injeel and Hepar suis-Injeel.
Suggested use
Supplied as ampoules of 1.1 ml. The solution may be taken orally or used by injection (i.m., s.c., i.d. or i.v.). A general guideline is the contents of one ampoule 1–3 times weekly; in acute situations it may be used more frequently, or as directed.
