Continuous treatment post apoplexia:- Gelsemium-Homaccord 8-10 drops 2 - 3 times a day
- Belladonna-Homaccord 8-10 drops 2 - 3 times a day
- Melilotus-Homaccord N (plethora) 8-10 drops 2 - 3 times a day
- Barijodeel (tablets), in exchange Nervoheel (depression).
- Glonoin-Homaccord N drops, Cactus compositum S in exchange in coronary circulatory disturbances.
- Cralonin drops or Aurumheel N drops 8-10 drops 3 times daily after meals,
- Cruroheel S and Arsuraneel interposed in the further course of treatment,

- Aesculus compositum (stimulation of the peripheral circulation).
